Upgrading and Downgrading your Account
Upgrading to a Paid Plan
As the admin of a Fellowstream account you can choose to upgrade from the Free plan to either the Basic or Pro plan, depending on your needs. To see the different plans that we offer, click the Account Admin link in the Account drop-down menu.

You should see a screen showing a chart of different plans and their associated costs.

Simply click on the Upgrade button on the plan that most fits your needs and you will be prompted to enter credit card information.

After completing this form, you will be shown a confirmation screen. Be sure to write down the transaction number!

Downgrading your Fellowstream Account
Should you ever choose to downgrade your Fellowstream account, you can do so the same way you upgraded to a paid plan. Click the Account Admin link in the Account drop-down menu.

By clicking on either a Free or Basic plan, your account will be changed automatically, assuming your account fits the criteria of the new plan. For example, if you choose the Free plan, you must not exceed 2 users, 1 project, and you must delete all your attached files before you can downgrade to this plan.
If you choose a Basic plan, there will be no need to re-enter your payment information again. Fellowstream will bill you at the lower rate from the credit card on file. If you choose a Free Plan, you will not be charged again.
Note: We do not provide partial refunds for monthly bills
already paid. Downgrading your plan means you will not be
charged again, but you will not receive a refund if you change your
plan in the middle of your monthly billing cycle.
Canceling your Fellowstream Account
Should you ever choose to cancel your Fellowstream account, you can do so the same way you upgraded to a paid plan. Click the Account Admin link in the Account drop-down menu.

You should see a screen showing a chart of different plans and their associated costs.

Click the "Please cancel my account" link at the bottom of the paid options and it will walk you through deleting your account. Once your account is deleted, you will receive no future billings from Fellowstream.
Note: We do not provide partial refunds for monthly bills
already paid. Canceling your plan means you will not be charged
again, but you will not receive a refund if you change your plan in
the middle of your monthly billing cycle.
